No, nipple sensitivity varies from person to person.

Anyway, it varies from person to person much more than between genders. For as much as I know, women’s are the same as guy’s, just with fat underneath them. This might not be one hundred percent correct though…I’ll be sure to delve deep into nipple research to find the true answer.
