This would be a stretch, even by television’s standards. The child with the skull fracture was 10 month old infant, while Sam’s boy is what, 9 or 10 years old?
Oh, and let’s get this straight; Luka’s been on a tirade about unneccesary tests, to the point of abandoning County’s protocols, yet he order’s an x-ray on Sam’s kid for fun, and bills it to the ER? Weaver’s going to tear his head off. Luka will tell her to take it out of his pay, and remind her he’s already given his notice.
More confirmation of the puppy thing: I watched the show a second time with Mr. S last night, and watched that scene very carefully. The hand with the blood on it never went to the floor.
Something I’ve wondered out of curiosity is why Glenn Howerton, who plays Coop, receives “Special Guest Star” status (his only credits are a shortlived failed sitcom and some non-starring roles in made for TV movies) while Parminder K. Nagra, who starred in Bend It Like Beckham and some other prominent credits, only receives guest-star status; it makes me wonder if they’re going to make Coop a regular. (OTOH, Abraham BenRubi and Troy Evans [the two triage dudes] have both been on the show for years and are still in the guest star credits each week.)
D’oh! You’re right, sorry!
:smack:
I think that there would be a big difference in an X-Ray from a small baby and a nine year old!
