Okay, I am in dire need of doing laundry. Except for the pairs that ride up my butt sitting in the drawer, they aren’t meant to be thongs, I have been going commando (as the guys would say) for several days now.
Not only is it freeing, you don’t have underwear lines, there aren’t the conspicuous butt picks in public (even though you are trying hard to not let people see) and in the long run much cheaper.
I have done this before, mostly in the summer when it’s very hot and that damn elastic sticks to your ass and overall make you feel uncomfortable.
I’ve been known to go commando for weeks at a time. Let Mr. Happy roam free, I say. End this opressive behavior. Of course, you don’t have a Mr. Happy, but I still support you.
I almost never wear underpants. Sometimes, when I think I should, I do-it is never comfortable, though.
I wear leggings a lot of the time, and you don’t need anything under them. With the pantyhose I buy, the underpants are sort of built right in. So, when I wear a dress I don’t feel I need them.
I do wear a bra, though, because I am “busty” and going without is not comfortable. Sports bras are comfortable, and I wear them whenever I can instead of a “real” bra.
Did this for a brief stint; it was my (then) girlfriend’s idea that we should both try it out. She felt it was just fine, but I, for one, did not enjoy the experience. Being a guy that typically wears jeans and khakis, the pants material was generally too rough for me.
I am a computer tech and do a lot of lifting, crawling around on the floor, and whatnot, so that may have quite a bit to do with things.
Going commando is great. I have a couple pairs of pants that both sit low on my hips [you can actually see the crests of my hips] and even bikini underwear shows. Also… one pair looks like it’s been painted on [vinyl], so panty lines are a strict faux pas with them.
Don’t confuse “support” with “constraint”… There are days when bras just ain’t comfy and feel too tight… same with underwear.
