For a best of Glee poll sometime in the future.

I’m a grown man in his thirties and almost ashamed to admit it, but I love Glee. Being Gleeless last week I rewatched some episodes and thought that some performances are absolutely chilling. Nominate a few (maximum of 3 to keep this manageable) to include in the poll. Also mention the episode if people want to look them up or so.

The ones that sticked with me the most were:

  • Safety Dance - Dream On (S01E19)
  • Thriller/Heads Will Roll - The Sue Sylvester Shuffle (S02E11)
  • Rumor Has It/Someone Like You - Mash Off (S03E06)

I also really enjoyed the Never Going Back Again in Rumours and Fix You in Asian F, but there was too little dancing.

Valerie - Special Education (S02E09) - Santana is my favourite singer of the bunch, and this is her best performance (though all of hers are awesome).

Rolling in the Deep - Prom Queen (S02E20) - Rachel and Jesse doing an amazing acapella version of the Adele song.

Sweet Caroline - Mash-Up (S01E08) - Puck, this one always gets to me when it comes up on the playlist.

There’s my three – I could have easily done a top 20 though.

Baby It’s Cold Outside, Kurt and Blaine’s duet. I’m supposed to be working so I’m not going to look up the ep number, but it was last year’s Christmas episode.
