Non-skid bed frame feet....where to buy?

I amplanning on buying some nice bedroom furninture in the future sometime, but for now, I have one of those simple metal bedframes.

The problem is that is has 2 standard feet and 2 feet on casters. While the casters do lock, the bed still does move around quite a bit when, well, let’s not be shy about this, Me and the Mrs. bcullman get it on. Additionally, the bed slides around enough that even reading in bed is difficult becuase as we sit up and lean against the wall the bed moves as well.

What I’d really like to get is some replacement feet for the metal bedframe that have rubberized feet. Does anyone know where I can purchase such items?

Hardware stores typically have a selection of various products to deal with that.

I’m assuming this is on a hardwood floor? No carpet?

There are hard rubber saucers of varying diameters that you can put under the casters, and the bed feet, to keep them from moving around. Hardware store definitely, Wal-Mart possibly.

If those don’t work, I think we’re talking some kind of strapping, to bolt the bed to the wall. Make sure you get those screws into a stud, now, not just into the drywall.

Or else do it in a chair…

–what? Read in a chair, of course. What did you think I meant?
“…”
 You filthy mind!!

I’d check out a big box home supply (Lowe’s, Home Depot, Menard’s, etc…)

or you could aquire a bedframe that is not on wheels.

My queen size captains bed has never scooted so much as a millimeter despite many determined efforts.

It takes 4 guys working damn hard to move that much oak at once.

Not that I have ever tried
