Norwegian Dopers: Who do I call about my social security number?

I worked in Norway 10 years ago, so I’m pretty certain I have one, but I’ve completely forgotten what it is. Since I’m trying to hook a job there in the next couple of months I figured I might as well find it again, so where do I call?

The Tax Office? (what’s that called in Norwegian?), someone else?
