My reading of the announcement banning umkay is that the only official basis was because umkay misrepresented herself as a quadriplegic, and the announcement did not take an official position as to whether umkay and notokay were the same person.
What was really funny is that he did so in a Pit thread he started to rant about a woman who cracked under torture, claiming she betrayed her country, and how people who do so are scum.
