Okay, I have a lot of questions for Yakuza but I’m going to start with the two that I’m just dying to know.
One, where is this public place that lets you plug in a phone charger, a PS3, and a portable television and chill out playing games?
Two, where do you find $100 prostitutes and do they have teeth?
If that were true, I’d just tell him to head on over to Roppongi on any night, buy a lady a few drinks and take her to the nearest love hotel. All for less than $80 easy. Or go to a local Korean or Chinese massage parlor and get “full service” for about $120. 
Though I have my doubts about the authenticity of these posts, this thread ranks among the saddest and most hilarious that I’ve seen in my years in the SDMB.

Oh don’t worry, we can always come up with more questions to keep him busy trying to imagine what it’s like to be in the situation he’s described.
My brother is homeless, by choice, and the logistics of it is actually fairly time consuming. You have things such as showers. Where do you get them? Gym memberships cost money, so less cash for hookers. Food. Without a homebase, cooking is problematic, and eating out is expensive, even if you eat really cheap.
Transportation is difficult. Gas eats into cash set aside for escorts big time, let alone car upkeep, insurance, etc. unless you are using public transportation which is inconvenient and time consuming, getting to and from work, storage facilities and where ever you’re staying.
The first day I was homeless, I had to first figure out how to use a bathroom. Lots and lots of places are marked “for customers only”, and enforced. Where do you go to pee when you don’t even have the cash to buy a pack of gum? Several times a day?
Where do you go just to sit down for a few minutes? Can’t keep driving around in the car, gas is expensive! Can’t sit in it too long while it’s parked, or cops hassle you. As long as I was well groomed, I could manage in parks and bus stops, for a while. I faked some phone calls on my (disconnected) cell phone, telling the imaginary person on the other end how I was waiting for them, and I’d let this bus go so we could ride together - that way, I didn’t have to get on the bus when it arrived, and didn’t get kicked off the bus stop bench for loitering.
That’s the kind of shit homeless people deal with. Figuring out where to plug in my flatscreen TV and PS3 wasn’t exactly on my radar, I gotta be honest.

As far as food goes, I keep some of my food in the refrigerator at my job. I also cook my food at my job. I microwave all my food like chicken, beef, and pork chops. It might not taste the same as if u fry it, buy it still taste good. When I’m off work, I keep my food in my storage in containers. I pour chicken broth over my chicken and pork chops so they won’t go bad so fast. God keeps enlightening me on how 2 survive in this world that the greedy Illuminati has taken over
