[B[Loch** buddy we know what you’re saying, and I’m not saying you’re wrong.
But the winners can’t bitch about the officiating, at least not IMHO
That being said…hey dude it was a hell of a fight.
People the world over gotta at least admit one thing. Them fucking Americans…(whether you like them or not) They will fucking fight for what they believe in! How the fuck do you think we made it. good or bad gad-dammit we’re gonna stand up and be counted. hoo-rah semper fi and all that good shit!
Now for my own apology and sentiment. I’m sorry to y’all if Bush winds up as POTUS I didn;t vote for the SOB…but make no mistakes. This is where I live…this is where my family lives and this is where my friends live. and BYGOD I’m gonna support my family and friends. and I’ll try to support y’all to…we may not be perfect god dammit but we ain’t evil.
There’s just a lot of scared folks around here and they can’t see what is happening unless it’s in front of their faces. Even then sometimes they’re just gonna go with their gut. BUT ain’t NONE of 'em out to get y’all. You just gotta understand what it’s like to be an American. It ain’t easy sometimes.
I still believe the world is a better place because the USA exists. We’re just going through a civil war and hopefully we’ll survive. Keep the faith and support US for a change. regards t/k
I just wanted to repeat this in case it got overlooked.

Lochdale:
People actully say that
That’s okay…even though he isn’t MY choice…and *if[/] he wins, which look apparent, he will be the POTUS and I’ll do my best to live with it. There will be no re-election. I just HOPE that y’all will do your best to reign him in and mot let him have his head (so to speak) I know Cowboys…I’m one of 'em…they tend to be a bit hardheaded and cocky…not necessarily a bad thing when it’s needed. But sometimes they go off half-cocked. gung-ho in other words, semper fi .
Right now it looks like all the same states as as the 2000 election except that New Hampshire turns blue and New Mew Mexico and Florida turn red. Big diff. Bush will treat this squeaker as a mandate, as he did in the last round. Nevertheless, Alfred E. flight-suit is still the worst president in American history. The great Iraqi snipe-hunt is still the most ill-conceived war in US history. I’m ashamed for my nation tonight, but with Bush in the White House I’m used to it. I’ll post more tomorrow. HINT POSTIVE SPIN!
Look. Iraq is a mess, but if you think it’s worse than Vietnam, you don’t know what you’re talking about.

How about the GOP gains in the Senate? That means nothing?
Senators represent geography, not population. The House is a better indicator.
Cnn Fucking Called Ohio For Kerry!

No, they didn’t. I think they made that abundantly clear.

No. All 3 together are only 17 EVs.
To make Ohio moot, Bush’d need one more. Wisconsin and Hawai’i are possible, but unlikely.
Um, based on what? Idle speculation?
Nevermind. Too-Close-Too-Call. Couldn’t they have used green?
caphis , I’m viewing it online.

Brokaw just said that OHIO is a problem right now because the Republican headquarters is disputing some votes?

Ah. I’m viewing it on TV alone. They used green on TV.
That includes Alaska’s 3 EV?
No, they didn’t. They’ve declared Ohio “Too Close to Call” and coloured it green (purple on the website).
Ummm… the House picked up GOP numbers, too.
Got anything else?
Yeah, the purple looks reaally like the “Blue For Switch” color.

Not the CNN I’m looking at. They’ve just now turned the State green which means Too close to call. If the provision votes need to be counted it will take at least 11 days to go as per the Ohio SoS on CNN.
300,000 votes left to count with ~100,00 - 250,000 provisional votes. With a ~100,000 lead for Bush

From what I’ve seen thus far…the house and senate will both remain Rep.
