You are correct. Maybe that 2nd bottle of wine wasn’t so good an idea afterall. Ah, sure it was!!!
Bush up 128,000 votes in Ohio with 96% reporting.
Brutus, does that 96% include absentee ballots?
Neither is Zell Miller. If it walks like a duck…
Jennings won’t even call him President Bush. Pathetic.
It’s going to be interesting to watch the growth of the European Union over the next four years. Someone might want to start laying the ground work for good relations.
Will Kerry’s legal team go into Ohio? Any opinions?
I doubt it. But, then again, who knew we’d be sitting here at 2:30 AM worrying that we’ll have to wait 11 days to find out the results of 500,000 ballots in Ohio?
Guessing yes.
NBC just said they don’t know how many provisional ballots there are in Ohio and whether or not they can make the difference. 97% of Ohio reporting. Bush ahead by 100,000.
Ohio race for President 11077 of 11477 precincts - 97 percent
George W. Bush (i) Rep 2,702,479 - 51 percent
John F. Kerry Dem 2,574,487 - 49 percent
Michael Badnarik NP 13,768 - 0 percent
Michael Peroutka NP 11,628 - 0 percent
Bush wins Ohio.
Bush ahead by 126,000 in OH - 97% reporting
Nobody has said that there are 500,000 provisionals in Ohio Caphis. I think it’s done deal. Bush wins Ohio. Bush wins the Presidency.
Dio where the hell you been boy?
Not if Kerry wins the other seven states. Then it will get ugly.
The numbers offered for provisional ballots range from 125,000 to up to 250,000. There are also uncounted military ballots from overseas, and any remaining uncounted ballots in the state.
Depends on the other states that haven’t checked in. Winning Ohio would give Kerry only 227 (I think) electoral votes, so he still needs several states to get him up to 270. If those states don’t come through there’s no point in challenging Ohio.
Iowa has had machines to break down and now they have to get new machines from another state.
Ohio … the gap is less than 11K pop votes and that doesn’t include the absentee votes. as of NOW
I’m here. I’m not buyimg these results either. Let’s get on with the lawsuits.
I’m starting to see a clear difference between Republicans and Democrats (maybe it’s the hour). Democrats would rather be “right” than win. Republicans would rather win than be “right”. Guess which path leads to electoral victories?
