Recently, facebook has been doing something annoying; and it’s especially bad this morning. As I scroll through the page, it suddenly goes into some sort of ‘slideshow’ mode. If something looks interesting, I can’t read it because it’s replaced after one second by another post. What’s up with that?
It’s skipping around as if trying to continually load new stuff and replace what’s on the screen. Makes it unusable.
I’ve always been sort of mystified at how badly FB works. For a company that puts so much effort into the back end, what’s visible to the user is often crap. The messenger function has always been buggy, again to the point of being unusable.
But then, we get what we pay for.
I think that’s more accurate than my ‘slideshow’ description.
Moved from FQ to IMHO
I was actually looking for a factual answer. That is, I was not asking, ‘What do you think about what FB is doing?’ or ‘Do you like FB?’ I’m asking why FB is behaving erratically.
