Words mean things, our representative government is a very descriptive term, people are representing spiritual powers, who these people sold themselves to at varying levels of submission. Our government is a mix of iron (ruling authority) and clay (man) (Dan 2:33-45). We have to play by the rules to have our say, if we are not legitimately elected, such as not being born w/i the US, then the man portion has no claim on that share of power, and as such the iron part, which are demonic rulers, have full authority.
As for how this would manifest, they would be telling Obama what to say and how to say it, Obama would follow their instructions, Obama the man would have no input at all in any decision, though the appearance to the public would be that Obama was leading. So the heavenly rulers would make it look like a human was runing the country so as not to expose themselves.
The US and all countries are not put into effect by man but allowed by God, God negotiates/mediates our laws with heavenly rulers on our behalf, we are left to believe we created this country. It is truly one nation under God.
God knows exactly where Obama was born, that’s all that matters, if Obama was born outside the US, the demonic rulers can petition God to remove his power, Obama being under the law would have to comply and fall under the authority of the demonic rulers. It’s the demonic rulers that want the power, their appeal is to God, so facts that man can come up with don’t matter.
Though if Obama believes he was born in the US in his heart, that I believe would negate or at least mediate the claim as God looks at the heart.

OK you got me on that one, but it is really a nitpik, the requirement is a national born citizen, which God and demonic rulers know, our legal process don’t matter in this at all, just the words in the document that gives Obama authority. and quite possibly the belief in Obama’s heart as to his status.
