A few months ago, I had a dream that a friend of mine got a promotion. When I told her about it she didn’t believe me, but a few weeks later she heard about an opportunity at work and interviewed for it.
My friend had a dream that I was in a car accident. The following night I was in a pretty BAD car accident. Hospitalization and broken bones and stuff.
For every single grandparent of mine who has died, I dreamed they died two nights before. Every single one. The same happened with my aunt.
Also, in the house where I grew up, the doors used to open & close themselves on a regular basis. My sister and I would hear footsteps walking down the hall, then my door and her door would open. Could be wind, though, plus a creaky house. Although the did used to lock themselves occaisionally, too…
Also during a Christmas party at my house with a bunch of relatives and friends, a large candle hovered for about a second in the air before flying across the room to land on the floor. It was really weird.
I feel like I’m opening myself up to insult sharing all these things. Oh, well.
overlyverbose
Not at all. I keep dreaming about long ago friends and aquaintances and i would see them 2-3 days later.
Also had a lot of dreams that predict what would come up in a conversation ( not that i know when/where and with who it would happen)
One though i remember, i woke up in the middle of the night to find a feminin black silhouette sitting at my feet. She had a triangle face like those typical aliens with big eyes.
Next day in email, i recieved a forward about this 23yold girl that was horribly burned by a car crash.
i don’t know if you saw this or not…but she lookes exactly like the figure i saw.
Once, an old Gypsy cursed me ‘May it rain on you at some point your life’. Exactly 1 week, 5 days, 3 hours and 42 seconds later, it came true. Eerie man…
Not really that freaky, but sometimes I feeling like I’m having one of those deja vue moments…
I had a dream once that my SO at the time had gone back to his ex-wife, even though she moved across the country. I brushed it off until a week later, he told me she had moved back, and they were going to get back together again. Not cool.
I regularly wake up and grab my cell phone because in my dream I saw the message waiting light blinking, and at most, 30 seconds goes by, and sure enough, there is a text message coming through. This has happened every night this week.
One night, when I was 18, my boyfriend at the time and I got involved in a very frightening incident in London’s Soho, at about 11.30pm. We had to think quick to extricate ourselves from the situation but suffice to say knives and violence was the order of the day. I could have been very badly hurt or worse.
I stayed at my boyfriend’s that night, and the next day my Mum phoned me, and asked why I’d left the house so early that morning.
I told her I hadn’t come home at all last night. She was insistent that she’d had a conversation with me when I came home, about 11.30pm, and all I’d said was ‘I am very tired and going to bed.’
