A few weeks ago I attended a beer-donut pairing. A baker with an interest in beers was given four beers. He came up with a donut for each beer, and the resulting decadent event was a blast.
Next week I’m attending a Pierogie-sushi-bacon event. We start out at a place with a Pierogie special (.25 cents a piece) and beer, then on to a half price sushi special, then a bar with free bacon. Kind of a trifecta.
