Well, first of all, the title of the video is misleading. Nobody got tazed, no police were involved.
My guess: two guys coming home from a night of heavy drinking, see a downed tree, say “hey, oil’s really expensive, let’s get firewood!”, hilarity ensues.
two questions: what language are they speaking, besides drunken-ese? And who’s filming?
