I see a whole lot of myself referring to “that fucker” in the next four years. Well there’s still a couple months for that fucker’s plane to go down. Hopefully with Pence on it, too.
AP calls it. Finally put PA and WI into the Trump column. Trump at 276 with a few states still to count.
It’s over.
All the networks refuse to call it.
But not, oddly enough, the Huffington Post
Even fox won’t call it. They’re being very… conservative.
And it’s piss-poor journalism that the networks are not at LEAST reporting the the AP has called it… even if the network hasn’t.
Wow, I voted for Trump but also said I’ll be very scared if he loses, and I’ll be a little scared if he wins.
May we live in interesting times. :dubious:
they just called it for Trump
Supposedly Hillary Clinton has called the president-elect (retch) to concede.
It’s over, barring some extraordinary miracle.
Just announced on CNN too.
CNN’s Dana Bash just reported Hillary has called Trump to congratulate him for his win.
Its been quite an amazing and historic night. One that I didn’t expect.
The Guardian has called it for Trump.
All I can say is that I think Mike Pence was a great choice for Vice President.
And lost their minds about it.

Donald Trump wins presidential election, plunging US into uncertain future
This is a terrifying moment for America. Hold your loved ones close
Donald Trump
First thoughts
The US has elected its most dangerous leader. We all have plenty to fear

Trump sounds downright gracious. I didn’t expect he would.
I still can’t believe it.
All of the fear mongering, lies, hatred spread by the Republicans. All of the obstruction. All of the fucking the country over so that they could try to blame the resulting damage on the democrats.
It worked. It worked spectacularly. They took everything. We let it work. The majority of people were complicit in this. They let this happen to us. They enthusiastically facilitated it.
I didn’t think Clinton would lose. I didn’t think Trump would win, shock the numbers of 538 and Sam Wang, shock everyone, disrupt the markets and do the unthinkable.
I voted straight D. Almost everything on that post was correct, except for Clinton. Who’d have thunk?
In other news, Question 4 passed, and marijuana will be legal in Massachusetts. Maybe I can stay stoned enough for the next four years that I won’t notice our president.
You guys get all the good referendums.
All I got to do is fund our fire department.
We got legal weed in CA too! Thank goodness something good came out of this shitshow.
