Official Indy trailer!!!

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull

It looks so corny and yet…I think it’ll be good.

Looks like they’re more than willing to play off Indy’s age, but at least he’s still swingin’.

Looks great.
Exactly what you want in an Indy film: exotic locales, explosions, outnumbered by enemies, flying stuntmen, etc.
They make it look like creating a film like this is so easy yet when others try it we end up with junk like National Treasure and The Mummy.

A little too much padding from the 3 previous films, but some good shots of Cate Blanchett, a gratuitous Shia moment, Ray Winstone gets one brief line, and Karen Allen is briefly visible a few times (during the action moments). No sign of John Hurt, but who knows what role he’s playing anyway.

And not that it’s been much of a secret, but we clearly get a marker for Roswell, NM, though the date that’s mentioned–1947–is probably a few years before the film actually takes place.

Can’t wait. ( :crosses fingers: )

Anyone else notice that the warehouse looks an awful lot like where the Ark of the Covenant was stored at the end of Raiders of the Lost Ark?

Ohh I can’t wait!

I think I’ll have to watch the other three movies in the days before I go to that one…

Yes, I think that room plays a part in the story. This is truly a sequel to the first one.

I admit, I was a little scared. Indiana Jones and the Broken Hip and all that.

But I am officially PUMPED after seeing that trailer.

Da da da… dum da dum…

LOVE IT!!

My butt is SO in a theater seat when that comes out.

After all these years, I still have a crush on Harrison Ford, especially as Indy. I don’t care how much Fosamax he has to take! And you bet I’ll be there on opening day if it is at all possible.

I knew the trailer was supposed to come out today, but here at work they block all of the “high bandwidth” type stuff. I ended up going to a buddies office after lunch just to see it. I really liked it and I’m going to have to go home and watch it a few more times just for good measure. I can’t wait, and I might just be one of the geeks dressed for the part at the midnight showing.

The film’s set in 1957, so it’s definately post-Roswell. Hurt is Abner Ravenwood. And according to those in the know, that is the warehouse with the Ark in it.

I’m SO psyched.

Looks like a lot of fan service. But as a fan being serviced, I say w00t!

Who else was singing along with the music?

I’m in!
w00t!

I hate going to see movies at theaters these days, but it looks like I’ll have to make an exception. Gotta see it on the big screen!

I can’t wait! It looks great, Karen Allen looks fantastic (and seems to have hardly aged a day- where the hell has she been hiding?), and as an added bonus-

POTENTIAL SPOILER BELOW!

Shia LeBouef’s character appears to be Marion’s son by Indy!

I mocked, I scorned…I’m still gonna stand in line for it!

As of yet it hasn’t been confirmed that Hurt is playing Ravenwood. There is some speculation on who is supposed to be though.
