I’m somewhat better. Mr. Rilch and I discussed the possibility of his coming back on Tuesday instead of Thursday; that will depend on whether another crew member sells him his plane ticket.
Actually, Mermaid, I’m not sure these are mood swings, just a down mood in general! But work was okay today, and I actually did some stomach crunches.
I don’t know if this information will be helpful, but I’ll offer it because it probably can’t hurt:
If you haven’t been going for walks or some other outdoor activity lately, I strongly suggest you do. “Sunlight makes you happy” . . . sunlight causes more serotonin to be produced, which causes the brain to be happy. That might help.
Get to a doctor and ask about your meds. This is very important stuff.
Hm. Well, I generally walk at lunchtime. If I don’t have to collect my paycheck or drop off my timecard, I walk anyway, because I work in a business/shopping district, and I live in a blah and not completely safe neighborhood. I live in LA, so it’s always good weather, until the rainy season.
