OK, I saw the speech and then I assigned a number to each letter of the alphabet, thereby giving each word a numerical value. Then I re-ordered the words in numerical value and then decoded them back.

Magiver, what vital activities were the kids missing? It’s the first day of school. I think that means 20 minutes less of awkward small talk from teachers, and perhaps the kids will have to go a little faster when they write down their contact info on index cards. I don’t think they’re going to fail a lot of tests because of this even if it’s nothing but a feel good thing.

I listened to two minutes of Rush this afternoon, and that was his opinion too. Well that and the fact the evil liberals would have FREAKED OUT!!1! if GWB had given the same speech, but no liberals will complain about mentioning God at school because it was our very own messiah speaking, and that Personal Responsibility is a uniquely Conservative virtue. Oh, and that Obama “didn’t mean one word of it”.
So in spite of it being right in line with Rush’s own values … how dare that Barack Obama!

There’s a woman posting on NPR’s Facebook page that Obama’s speech was designed to create new voters for him in the next 3 or 4 elections. Because he’s going to have the Constitution amended so that he can run for as many terms as he wants, and today’s speech was a way to create an army of future voters for himself. The older schoolchildren who heard today’s speech will be able to vote in four years, and the rest will vote in 8 or 12 years.
Honestly, how can these people walk and breathe at the same time?
