Okay, I’ll make some sort of an offer here: for most MAD’s, you will pass through Cumberland on your way to Marietta. I don’t know that you’d want to drive to the Fest with us, cuz we’re going to leave the house early and stop to look at a couple of properties in Spencer WV. However, if anyone needs to park at our house that night instead of driving all the way home, we have floor space and a sofa bed. Just try to let me know in advance if you think you might want to try this. We could probably accommodate about 6 to 8 people if you don’t mind bein’ packed in like sardines. 
The Comfort Inn will do me fine. I don’t expect to spend too much time in my hotel room, so the extra cash for the nicer place would just be wasted. If you were gonna try to get a group discount, that’s cool. Otherwise, ain’t no big deal. Don’t put yourself out.

Well, I guess I won’t be able to come and welcome you to Ohio…my surgery is July 21 and I won’t be eating solid food by August 21, and what good is a housewarming party if you can’t eat? Darn. And Lillith Fairsaid she’s too shy to go, so I guess we’ll have to wait til the next party…maybe a rewiring warming?

I’m very amateur. Kirtland’s Warbler was on my mind because I just won $25 off my husband in a bet over whether it was Kirkland or Kirtland.
However, I DO have a video clip of the strangest little finch that came to my birdfeeder a few years back. I took it into our local birder store and they had lame guesses. Weird little thing.

I just thought it was sort of odd that someone is inviting female dopers to stay with them. Is this person male, female, known to anyone?
My initial response to that was sarcastic, I admit. But during typing I thought, “what if it’s a local without a real grasp on how to communicate on a message board yet?”
I have never encountered a doper with such a problem.
