Get her…marinara sauce! Make her dinner–doesn’t have to be fancy–and have a nicely set table with her favorite music playing. Make a simple little toast. (“To you. The best thing that’s happened to me in a very long time.”) I guess I’m more into giving her an experience than a gift, at least early in the relationship.
No can dance, can “sing” in a primitive sort of way. No cats. We had dinner at my place once but it’s not my favorite thing. I have a bachelor kitchen; no “dinner” table, I have an eight foot stainless steel prep table and three bar stools(original kitchen setup is fatally lacking counter and floor space)
Sigh, fine, candy and flowers. Not roses though, thats right out past the line. Maybe a mixed bouquet of…lillies and…I dunno what, just not roses. Mmmmnnnnno. No candy she’s diabetic
Er yeah, daisies, that’s what I meant. I was looking out my window thinking my yard shouldn’t be greening up already since it’s only mid-January and thinking morbid thoughts about the first [del]slash and burn[/del] mow in spring.
