OJ Simpson- when does the judge's decision come?

He deserves another trial. In his first one the judge unfairly took it into her own hands to punish him for past deeds and give him the maximum sentence even though he just wanted his stuff back. A gross mishandling of the justice system.

Update: The decision is finally in and it looks like OJ will be in the slammer for at least a few more years.

Disgraced athlete O.J. Simpson on Tuesday was denied a new trial on his 2008 convictions for robbery and kidnapping in Las Vegas, which sent him to prison for up to 33 years. Clark County District Judge Linda Marie Bell ruled that for now, the 66-year-old will have to remain behind bars. Simpson, who will be 70 before he is eligible for parole, had sought a new trial, claiming incompetent legal counsel.
“We’re obviously very disappointed in the judge’s decision,” said Osvaldo Fumo, one of Simpson’s attorneys. “We plan to appeal the case.”

I guess to Simpson “incompetent legal counsel” means they didn’t get him off from the crime he is accused of committing.

Stewart’s appeal was based on the claim that his trial was biased due to being conjoined with OJ’s
Not sure the logic of that ??? To me its quote definite that they are either both guilty or both innocent.

But he got the retrial, With the retrial pending, Stewart plea bargained himself out of jail.

Simpson could not claim Stewart was a bias to his trial, All that was left was to say that his original attorneys had somehow done something wrong .
