Ok what did i mess up on my pc that pictures aren't showing up on websites?

I messed something up using my pc cleaning program that isn’t letting a certain type of picture on news/magazines websites show up all I’m getting is a blank square on some and others just smoosh the website like a pic was there but removed

Does anyone have a clue what setting I messed up?

What PC cleaning program? What type of picture?

What browser are you currently using? Did you try another web browser?

Do you have an option to go back to what it was before (for example System Restore, a disk imaging program, a backup done by your cleaning program)?
