Not too fussed on height (almost every guy is taller than me anyway as I’m 5’1) but I like slim to skinny guys in terms of build.
Reasonably intelligent, silly/witty sense of humour, wants to laugh and is kinda casual and laid back unless something major is going down.
Willing to try things and to make his/our own fun.

Brains, primarily; beyond that, clean, well-dressed, well-spoken, neither obese nor skinny, and of kindly demeanour.
Tall does lots for me. Tall, smart, solid, geeky redheads. I mean, I’m attracted to men who don’t fit that description, but if he’s all of that then he’ll catch my attention as soon as I see him.
Unfortunately, he’ll have to contend with the fact that I’m put off by people who remind me of my ex… who was a not-short (though not tall), smart, solid, geeky redhead, so that’s a bit of a poser.
Female, dark-ish skin, long straight black hair, breasts not large but definitely there, kind of tomboyish style. Asian is definitely my preferred type, but not exclusively.
Dark hair, dark eyes, tall, thin, bespectacled, intelligent, quiet, compassionate, a little brooding.
My husband fits seven of the nine (he’s not tall or brooding.)
Boys – skinny, emo, dark hair and dark eyes, longish hair, a little bit girly, maybe likes to wear eyeliner, generally metrosexual, glasses are nice too!
Girls – just a little bit butch, piercings or tattoos, average build with good fashion sense and a “full figure,” any color of hair but probably obviously dyed a bright color, hipster glasses, skinny jeans, a generous smile.
Disturbingly, my ideal woman resembles me quite a bit (minus body art, because I am a big wuss.) :o Apparently I am a narcissist! Note that this is just what gets me going, the ideal, so to speak, but I have never actually dated anyone who resembled either of those two archetypes. My last boyfriend was skinny and dark-haired/dark-eyed though… but then, I live in Japan.
And that is just looks. Personality is a whole different thing!
I had this rhyme worked out a few years ago… seem to have forgotten it. But, translated from Swedish, it ought to be something like:
Shorter (than me)
Smart (I can’t date the “dumb blonde”, no matter how sexy she is)

Those things pretty much describe every woman I have a failed relationship with (except for the pushover part, which is why that got added).

Brown-eyed brunette, normal sized to a few added pounds, a sharp sense of humor, and a tomboy personality. A woman that can use household tools and take care of herself, yet look stunning in an evening dress.
Height: Irrelevant
Hair: Irrelevant, though I like redheads and natural blue black shades, I don’t overly care for blondes unless they are of the natural platinum variety.
Eyes: Irrelevant, though some combinations are striking: Black hair-Blue eyes, Red-hair-Green eyes, etc…
Teeth: Must have nice straight teeth and a kind smile. I like cute and lusty, not beautiful and aloof.
Build: depends. I vastly prefer women who are in “fit” condition, that is to say a normal level of body fat, soft in the right places, and strong enough to engage in active outdoorsy stuff with me. I don’t mind other types, but I draw the line at very skinny, or very fat; fitness nuts can become unattractive as well. It is more a perception of health than a hard figure drawn in my head.
Breasts: Yes please. A handful is sufficient, and anything more is a bonus provided they are firm.
Butt: See breasts.
Sexual appetite: voracious, and playful.
Must possess a filthy sense of humour and not be a priss.
I’m partial to Black men, tallish (over 5’10"), chunky - I like a belly on a man and thick thighs with shapely calves and strong masculine arms and hands. I like masculine, nothing effeminite. I like very close cut hair and an earring is sexy, facial hair - at least a mustache but no wild or long beards, just trimmed and neat. He HAS to be bright and funny, dry sense of humor, able to laugh at himself and at me.
My husband meets most of those qualifications.

I like woman who can make me laugh. I like smart women. Long hair is great. There are too many that I like for me to say I have a ‘type’.
At a surface level I tend to be attracted to outdoorsy looking men, but men who are effortlessly brilliant with a quick wit and smartass sense of humor are my favorite, especially when they’re sensitive enough to know when the humor is out of place and a hug is what’s needed instead.
Thanks to my hippie background I love long hair. My partner is Lakota and has that long, thick, shiny black hair down to the middle of his back and after 15 years I still want to touch it all the time.
