The Logan’s meatloaf was fine as usual and the gym has provided an adequate burning of calories, so all-in-all not a bad way to end the week. Rain finally showed up about 5pm and looks like it’ll be on-and-off the rest of the evening, so guess it was a good call cutting the grass yesterday. Temperature is 75F heading down to 67F this evening so not too bad.
31 messages to look at, been a busy Mumper Sunday. So Hi-Ho, Hi-Ho, it’s off to scroll I go..
GMTA
Somehow I thought you would…it’s one of my favorite all-time songs.
Nut, never thought of a rat as being a lap-friend. And sunrise is 5:35am here, so not much sleeping in (may have to get my sleeping mask out). Sunset is 7:55PM, so about 14 hours of light.
52, hope you enjoyed lunch today. Never been a great talker in groups, but enjoy listening.
Cookie, I feel for you, but for the kid’s benefit I hope you can use their preferred term. And not offended a bit, it’s not an easy thing when what you felt as certainty is uprooted, even if it is for the best.
red, sounds like you have plenty of company there.
Bright Tree, good luck on the pond problem, I wouldn’t have a clue to what to do, but if other folks in the area have ponds they might have encountered this issue and can advise you. How you find them, however… And so glad Ollie is doing better.
Ummm, I think Memorial Day was last Monday…
FCM, dogs and smelly stuff; two things that go together (and we wish they didn’t).
doggio, haven’t flipped my mattress in…well, much to long. It’s a King, so doing it on my own is always a struggle, but will put it on my list next week and try to git’er done.
And it’s 8pm and I have one or two more things to do, so catch all y’all tomorrow on the next MMP.
