To be certain of gender, I’d have to inspect the rear half. Calicos are nearly always female, and about 80% of orange are male, but there’s no other color scheme that has much of a gender link (so far as I know).
You might be able to spot an unneutered tom by looking at his face (heavier jaw), but that’s iffy.
