The other threads are just asking for this. Lets use this Thread to discuss any show the Nick has stopped airing.
And as a Bonus… lets tout Turbo Nick… and be glad that it has flash back episodes.

Bananaman. Turkey TV. Out of Control. Mr. Wizard’s World.
Fantastic shows, every one.
Shoot. I thought you were talking about truly old school Nickelodeons.
I wonder whatever happened to the man and woman who did the show bumpers for the 80’s Nick at Nite.
Right before a show would start, they’d set up their living room and TV in preparation for the show. Sometimes weird stuff would happen.
I wish it was out on DVD.
The old Inspector Gadget cartoons were cool, unlike the movies.
And Dangermouse…AH!
The Adventures of Pete and Pete. Nickelodeon’s greatest show ever. To date not one of their other shows has even come close to being considered to be among the likes of the two redheaded brothers.
Honorable mentions:
“You Can’t Do That on Television”. I think I had crushes on every female member of that cast at one point or another.
One of my friends just got the entire run of ‘Dangermouse’ on DVD. happydance!
I miss The Third Eye, Spartakus & the Sun Beneath the Sea, The Tomorrow People (I think that played on Nick, but maybe not, it ran right after The Third Eye though.) Dangermouse, Mr. Wizard, Mysterious Cities of Gold, Inspector Gadget. I sort of liked Are You Afraid of the Dark. I even miss Little Prince, and David the Gnome
Nick, Nick, Nick, ah Nick, Nick, Nick, Nickeloooooodeon!
I had a thing for Moose. She was like you’re best friend’s cool older sister—she was totally hot, and yet you looked up to her at the same time.
I remember a lot of the really old-school Nick shows, the ones even the die-hards seem to forget. Anyone else recall Standby Lights Camera Action!, What Will They Think of Next? (starring Joseph Campanella and Tiu Leake), or the one-off Alisdair Gillis vehicle UFO Kidnapped?
Oh…where to start…
First of all, I’ve gotta throw in my lot for Spartakus. I loved that show when I was little. It was better than Thundercats and Silverhawks combined! Also, I loved Out of Control and Mr. Wizard’s World.
Later on, there was the remake of The Tomorrow People, which was the first SciFi-ish stuff I realy, really liked. Also, I was a big Space Cases, which is notable among geeks for being one of Jewel Staite’s (Kaylee on Firefly) first appearances. I though she was the coolest girl, like, ever (hey, I was 13/14, cut me some slack!). I even got to talk to her on AOL once via IMs…yeah, I was a fangirl…
Was anyone else a fan of Duckula?
I loved Hey Dude when I was in elementary school.
Don’t Just Sit There was a lot of fun, even though it only ran for a year. I still remember the segment about how to wear holes into the knees of your jeans, and the segment about the female stars going to Washington D.C. They even got to go into a special room that not all visitors to a museum got to see. (It was the women’s restroom.)
When I was in junior high, I would watch Ren and Stimpy and Are You Afraid of the Dark on Saturday nights.
Anyone else remember sitting throught the seemingly endless “Pinwheel” with an enraptured younger sibling, waiting impatiently for the good stuff to start?
I loved Dangermouse as well. And I remember when Nick at Night first started they got a lot of really old sitcoms–I Spy, Mr. Ed, Patty Duke–I watched them all.
I remember when people thought Ren & Stimpy would be the end of civilization.
I was a huge fan of Dragnet and Alfred Hitchcock Presents thanks to Nick at Nite.
Remember when Nick at Nite would show old B&W movies?
I have a feeling that I am a bit younger than most of you
I used to love Pinwheel-- I named my dog Muffy the Mouse (which was from that show, if I remember?).
There was also a show…I think it may have been called the Elephant Show. It was like three adults and they had an elephant , but you wouldn’t ever see the entire elephant- just the butt or trunk.
I seem to recall one of the YCDTOT cast becoming a bigger star later. I want to say it was Alanis Morrisett, but I’m not sure.
Anyone?
Anyone?
Yes, it was Alanis. She was a cute kid.
What happened?
Salute Your Shorts was the greatest show EVAR!!!1!!!111!!!
Or it was when I was 8.
“Camp Anawanna, we hold you in our hearts, and when we think about you…it makes me wanna FART!”
