Mornin’ everyone.
It’s 62F and sunny. The sunshine will be plentiful, and our expected daytime high is 92F. Bleh. Too hot. But it’s sunny, and I can get some yardwork done this morning.

FCM, such a bummer about the boat. All the money and time you’ve put into the boat, and now this. I hope the latest fix idea works.
Bright Tree, Ollie sounds wonderful, and I’m glad he’s finally accepting some cuddle time.
I love all the pet pics. I know I’m severely overdue for both pet pics and garden pics.
Since it’s going to be awfully warm today, I’ve decided a good salad will suffice for dinner. I’m going to pick up the ingredients in just a little bit. While there, I’ll also pick up the ingredients for my potato salad, since my husband has a gnawin’ and a cravin’ for that, and I’ll make that tomorrow.
Other than that quick trip to the store, the usual kitchen tidying, and some transplanting, I don’t have any other plans.
I am probably going to do some rearranging in my yard and gardens. Right now, I have my bird feeding station with two hanging pots, a birdhouse, and a bird bath in the paver area of my yard. I originally put it there to make any messy bird clean-up easier. However, I no longer feed the birds.
Since I’ve been working on filling up that shade garden, those hanging pots kind of obstruct the view from inside. So, I think I’m going to move that station, pots and all to the slope where the shade garden is located. That way, I can continue to enjoy the birds splashing around in that particular bird bath (I have two), and see the pots, and see the shade garden. I’d really like to just finish out that paver area, so I can rearrange some of the raised planters and the pots. But digging out sod, leveling the area, laying sand and gravel, and heaving 16-inch and 24-inch pavers are hard on this body. I could probably do it, but it would take forever, and let’s face it, the cost of the pavers, gravel, and sand adds up. The original plan was to redo the oldest section of pavers and add the last 8X6 area. That’s quite a lot of pavers and work. I dunno, we’ll see what wild bug invades my brain next.
