I won’t explain why since such restrictions have already been thoroughly discussed in this thread…but if you want to compare it to getting a driver’s license then maybe we can discuss proper training, passing a test, severe restrictions on who gets to “ride” with him until he is 18, and perhaps a removal of said license when a major “accident” occurs?
