I think I kinda sorta just maybe possibly proposed to my girlfriend!!! COnsidering it was a spur of the moment, no ring, no on my knee kind of proposal, she didn’t say yes directly, but implied, “Yes, but you have to propose to me for real, with a ring and such.” And so I intend to.
Holy mother of God, I am going to honest to God ask her to marry me iproper like and I have never been more sure of anything in my whole life.
Well, congrats! However, if your young lady is also an octupus, well you might need an expensive load of rings.

Congrats. My girlfriend and I talk about getting married a lot, and I’ve mock-proposed once (using a bowling ball), but I still plan to do it properly when the time is right. When that “I’m sure I’m really going to do this” feeling hits, it’s really something. We celebrated an anniversary tonight and I dropped the “m” word. The way she caught her breath was priceless beyond compare.
