I’m sure there’s a rule for that.
And a statistic in baseball reference of how many times it happened.

BVD: Baseball Visibly Disintegrated.
Outfielders with laser weapons are a natural progression from the ABS system.
Well, I think you need to control the major part of the ball to get an out by catching. So if you have a piece of yarn and the core falls to the ground, that’s not an out. But if you tag the runner with any part of the ball…

That’s the goal. The optimal distance to play center field against Batter X is Y feet. So aim the laser in your hat at your catcher and move in or out until it says “Y Feet achieved”. Then you’re ready to play the next pitch.
This is pure evil.
I’m so very confused by this one.
“We do not believe the man arrested and the child are known to each other,” said Detective Inspector Verity McCann.
So… The guy didn’t even know the kid? Then why did he put the kid in there? Did he feel bad for the crocodiles and wanted to give them a treat?!
Probably the kid was doing some being-a-kid thing that was annoying him.
Sometimes crazy people are just crazy.
I think Randall forgot to take that rule into account on his very first What If?
Maybe not that evil in the grand scheme of things, but this girl should probably spend at least a bit of time behind bars and should, IMO, be paying some type of restitution to these people for the rest of her life, and that’s on top of (also IMO) paying for all their medical expenses related to this.
Can a herpes flareup happen within hours of contracting the virus? I would’ve thought it be days/weeks/months? I just wasn’t aware it could happen that fast. As it stands, I have no reason to disbelieve her, and I don’t, but I can say if the news didn’t mention that there’s video of her spitting and that they have a ‘history’, I’d be skeptical. I would’ve assumed she ate Arby’s AND had a flareup, not that she had a flareup because she ate that specific food. (Correlation isn’t causation and all that)
Herpes is incredibly common. I’d say that it’s much more likely that the customer already had it. If the worker did in fact spit in the food, she should still be punished for that, of course, under whatever law is most relevant (and there’s probably a specific law for that exact circumstance).
Tom Emmer whines that people are too afraid of being called racist to speak their minds, then declares in the same breath that the blacks should go back to Africa.
“We respect other cultures by insisting that those cultures be abandoned.”
Fucking bigot.
Also, it’s extremely rare to contract herpes through food. Unless in this case it was covered in saliva (blurgh), it’s highly unlikely it was transmitted that way.
Irrelevant fun fact: The county in Oklahoma where this incident occurred gave its name to the hardiest known form of dwarf palmetto, Sabal minor “McCurtain County”, which survives zone 6 winters.
You know who doesn’t assimilate? Rednecks.
She spit in the food.
Read my post…carefully.
It’s easier and faster if you just tell me what I missed.
