And have his lawyer defame them on cross examination. While they might be missing closure I consider it a net positive.
Reading that article about the murderous youth pastor, he sounded really suspicious so good job on the part of the investigators who determined that his story about trying for a sunrise photo didn’t match the time of sunrise. Because otherwise it sounded like a hard one to prove.
A vacation Bible school skit shows armed commandos entering a room and executing the ‘devil’ as the children, led by the pastor, cheer them on.
A video shared on social media shows four adults dressed in military-style clothing carrying air rifles or paintball guns as they surround and repeatedly “shoot” a person on the ground in front of a crowd of children and adults.
In the clip, the person thrashes on the ground, while the sound of gunfire erupts. Some scream, some cheer, while others join Walker in chanting: “Take him out, blow him up!”
The soldiers then carry the individual outside as the pastor begins counting. At the eight-second mark, the sound of an explosion can be heard, followed by cheers and screams of children.

Feh. In my day, you had to march barefoot to Canossa and be ritually humiliated by the Pope by having to kneel in the snow for three days and nights before the forgiveness kicked in.

Avoid any church that has one on staff, folks. Youth programs are great. Full time youth pastors are not. Oh, I’m sure there are some who don’t do anything inappropriate, but they do not seem to be the majority.
Sixteen children from one family (no trafficking) kept in a 12" x 12" room for four years under inhumane conditions. Little is known, but from my prejudices I would be surprised if religion did not have something to do with it, so in this thread it goes.
