To be fair, not a toy, a self defense weapon. Quite popular in my early adulthood and effective in fighting off attackers in several instances I was aware of.
I imagine the R’s will soon have legislation outlawing self defense articles like this, especially for women. Maybe make them get their husband’s permission before they’re allowed to buy them.
