Here is one member of the Waukesha Board of Education:
Anthony Zenobia, a newly elected board member who ran on a platform opposing COVID-19 safety measures and so-called “critical race theory” and was one of the four board members who voted against rejoining the program, claimed the School Board members were the true victims in the debate. He said “the progressive socialist left” and the Washington Post “brutalized moms with children in this district for political gain,” referring to mothers who serve on the board.

In 2021, the School District of Waukesha said certain signage within classrooms, including flags and posters about Pride, Black Lives Matter, Thin Blue Line, and more was not permitted.
So, yeah, you can figure out what’s going on pretty easily.
Having not heard it, I just went and hunted up a version with lyrics. Seems to me that Dolly’s already taking them on.

What I heard was that they wanted to get him to the other side of the road in case the power lines came down on top of him after the driverless car took down a pole.
Could be.
But if he had a neck injury, the rough movement probably made the power line issue moot. Haven’t these guys every watched Emergency!?

That was my thought when I watched it. If the person was a victim of a traffic accident, I doubt they would have treated him like that.
