Basically, yes.
I’ll bet they just throw a bit more sugar in the Kerrygold.
Um, what’s with the beaver teeth for what I thought (hoped) would be a nerd emoji?
The only kind I use nowadays… glad to see my good taste validated!
Well, see, they were trying to add the URL of a porn site
Does butter need the disclaimer if it’s going to someone who won’t be using it for food?
That is a good point. My wife works in document management for a dairy cooperative (no idea if they were involved in this). One of her tales of regulatory PITA is managing labels. In theory, lots of eyes and specialists examine every change. But of course, ‘shit happens’ is a corporate mantra for a reason (at least every place I’ve worked).
Maybe they could put “Missing Contains Milk” labels in the sides of milk cartons, like those pictures of missing kids.
“Oh Noes! We’ve been label-napped.” That’ll be the CEO’s excuse when 60 Minutes comes to visit.
Maybe they can start a gofundme to fund an effort to locate the missing labels.
Yep - There were a couple of pallets of regular unsalted, which I use for cooking, and the Kirkland New Zealand butter. I find that it’s just as good as Kerrygold, but is much less expensive.
Yes, says the FDAA. (Food, Drug, and Art Administration)
Insert single panel comic strip, which shows a guy at an art gallery talking to someone else about a stone statue, who says, “I think I’ll take it, but how many calories per serving?”
TLDR: Doctor walks around the office naked, jerks off on receptionist.
One of the video clips shows Diffine walking around the receptionist’s office naked in front of three women.
We’re going to revist that quote in a moment.
and this isn’t the first time:
In the January complaint, the board was informed that Diffine was posting nude photos of himself on his social media accounts.
The complainant included screenshots from one of Diffine’s now-deactivated Instagram accounts, naked.drdave.
My ‘benefit of the doubt’ instinct was thinking this is maybe a mental health issue, but I don’t think that’s the case…
Earlier this year, someone complained about what Diffine calls his naturist activities.
The wiki article on Naturism begins with " a lifestyle of practicing non-sexual social nudity in private and in public"
That quote from above, that I said I would revisit, it ends with this:
He performed a sexual act directly on one of the women. The clip ends with him ejaculating on her.
So, IMO, he’s not a naturist, he’s a sexual assaulter.
And these two incidents, based on google results, suggest this has been a issue for a while.
I don’t really wonder about folks like that doctor. But I do wonder about the folks who heard about multiple previous incidents like this and didn’t fire him.
That article says that Dr. David Diffine worked at “Diffine Family Practice” so it was his clinic; there wasn’t anyone to fire him.
OK, then, the medical board, and the police, and any of the other people who could have put a stop to him earlier but didn’t.
Even if the medical board chooses to look the other way on this Bozo I bet a lot of his customers will be firing him. Especially the women.
I think the key word here is “Arkansas”.
It’s funny how behavior that would get anyone else hauled off in handcuffs is tolerated in upper class White men.
That may be because he was reported to the board, not the police. If the people in the office called the police, this whole thing would likely have played out very differently. I know law enforcement/prosecutors were eventually involved, but that’s different than the police showing up at the office and perp walking him out of the building.
To be clear, I’m only assuming the police were never called. I’m assuming if they called the police and the police arrived to find him roaming the office naked, he would’ve been arrested. Especially given that it sounds like there’s camera footage of him actively sexually assaulting at least one person.
