The back end of a bus fell into a sinkhole in downtown Pittsburgh in October of 2019 (only one passenger and the driver were onboard, no injuries). It made news world-wide and spawned endless jokes, memes and even Xmas tree ornaments and other trinkets. Google “sinkhole bus Pittsburgh” for more photos and fine merchandise.
You would love Cedars of Lebanon State Park in Tennessee. There’s a trail near the cabins with a bunch of ancient sinkholes.

Both the 70 foot sinkhole and the one with the car in it are in Whitefish Bay, WI. A suburb of Milwaukee.
If you google Whitefish Bay WI Sinkhole you should get a ton of hits from the local news outlets as they’re both still very much current events. The car was, just within the last week or so. The big one happened over a year ago, but it’s still an active construction site and whole area is closed off.
