AFAICT Platner is either a complete idiot or a secret Nazi… either way, as much as Mills sucks (and she really does suck, though in a Schumer-esque non-Nazi way), I’d vote for Mills in the primary right now (if I lived in Maine). One Nazi-adjacent foible for Platner would be bad enough, but he’s up to at least three.
If he had any sense, and/or wasn’t sympathetic to Nazis, after the tattoo he would have been careful to check every social media post, and every interview request, to make sure they were Nazi free. That he hasn’t is disqualifying for the primary, IMO.
For the general, he still appears to be less Nazi than Collins (since he’s not a Republican), so I guess he’s got that going for him.
I for one am still utterly baffled that, in his side hustle as a wrestling promoter, he decided to put the NWA World Heavyweight Championship on a Fox News pundit and KEPT it on him for nearly a year.
She’s clearly getting crazier with age. In fairness, though, she hasn’t been associated with the Green Party for a long time, as the Party felt the need to remind everyone in 2023 when she promoted a livestream with David Duke. How much of a crazy conspiracy theorist do you have to be to get the Green Party to feel like it needs to distance itself from you?!
