This appears to be a non-paywalled news site carrying the story. Short version of what actually happened: in Seattle, a private individual attempted to tow a disabled car from a parking lot (using a dolly attached to his SUV), and a comedy of errors led to (I think) the disabled car crashing into the same restaurant twice in rapid succession.
Edit: I don’t understand why people like to post links to stories which clearly interest them, but don’t care to spend a moment to briefly explain the link to the rest of us. shrug
There ought to be a rule about bare links like that.
In this case, it wasn’t technically a bare link, but what was written by the poster was, in essence, a clickbait headline, IMO.
Nitpick: He was technically using a tow strap, which appears to fail or come undone twice. It looks like he was originally trying to pull the car to a place where he could put the tow dolly under the front wheels correctly, at least that’s what I would have done. If nothing else, if he had put the tow dolly in front of the vehicle, it wouldn’t have been able to run into the restaurant so easily.
BTW: it does appear that the story is more than a year old. Wonder if they ever tracked the Pilot driver down.

Yes, but the detailed caption didn’t say a whole lot (at least, not in my browser window), and didn’t describe why you thought it was a worthwhile story to share – it sounds like a report of a relatively routine traffic incident. This is what it says in my browser:

The woman in the clip is actress/comedian Diane Morgan, who portrays a character named Philomena Cunk on various English TV shows. Cunk is, as Wikipedia describes her, an “earnest but stupid interviewer and commentator on history, culture, and current affairs.”
I’ve seen a number of clips of the Cunk character on Instagram; she is not entirely unlike the character which Stephen Colbert played on The Colbert Report.

Ms. Morgan’s portrayal is very British humour, and Philomena’s character is “unchatupable” - her persona is such that she’d not realise at all. It is funny news, not serious news.
