The actual dress code allows for an exemption due to religion.

I know some pagans who’d be happy to use that exemption.

So the campus administrator gets to decide. And I’m guessing if your religion doesn’t involve Jesus, it’s not really a religion - Texas, after all.
What if someone’s sincerely held religious belief includes the belief that despite their superficial appearance God told them that they’re female?
If God really cared what men and women wear, why did he make them naked in the Garden of Eden? Clothes are from Satan.

God colluded with Satan. Remember that Adam and Eve were unaware they were naked until God body-shamed them.

Just out of curiosity, how is sincerity quantified/assessed?
Campus administration may use reasonable and professional judgment in situations regarding dress and grooming as needed.
Is this for a public or private school? I’m assuming private since they also disallow visible tattoos (at least if they’re large or a large collection of small ones). What if a kid already has them and then transfers, do they kick them out?
On the other hand, my daughter’s high school year book (at least when she graduated a few years ago) had a page FOR tattoos.

When I was in public school, tattoos had to be covered if you had them.
They ask a local Baptist minister if the kid’s beliefs agree w the Ministers. If so, its sincere. If not, not.
No, they made clothes and hid before God saw them.
Oh, they died, just not immediately.

It always read to me that God was angry at them for putting clothes on, and for being ashamed of God’s handiwork.
It just occurred to me: when God appeared to them in the Garden, was God naked?
Of course not. He was wearing long white robes. Otherwise, Adam would have known God didn’t have a penis.
Why would he? Sex was created for the animals, but God didn’t think to create Woman until Adam complained.
Even when God got Mary pregnant with Jesus, Christian doctrine is that it wasn’t by sex. It was a miracle and Mary stayed a virgin.
