Anyway back to the point you were addressing, I really would like a nurturing, liberal friend who at the least tries to wear something like a pair of old jeans, white t-shirt and sneakers. I’m not asking for perfection as I myself don’t always meet those standards but I TRY.
It’s not even that, I’ve discussed some controversial beliefs regarding sexuality, suicide, violence with my former classmates and other young people my age. I just cannot get along with them in an actual friendship. I’ll be respectful and polite but they can go f*ck themselves if they ever ask me for help.
It’s a shame that we could have good looking (facial and grooming wise) male/female friends who are very open minded but instead people settle for the crap of “You can have different lifestyles but that doesn’t hinder a friendship”. I’m sorry but I’ll not lower myself. If I have a choice between forsaking any crappy ‘friendships’ with the majority of people who get angry over things like illegal porn and disapprove suicide for most of my life vs waiting for someone who will be as I’d like them to be then the choice is obvious!!
