I’ve not interacted with Silver Lining that much, that I recall anyway.
Does anybody have a viewpoint on whether he is a troll, or fairly reasonable to communicate with?
I ask before I waste a lot of timing correcting him on matters relating to AI in another thread.
I have the impression that Silver Lining is of the brotherhood of the bridge.
He does seem to have rather strong opinions only loosely connected to facts.
I’ve decided to simply invite him to ask me to find him material if he’s interested. That way I don’t need to use up my time in advance.
It’s worse than I thought. Now I feel really stupid for engaging with him at all in that thread. Not any more!!
