To summarize the video (which is two years old, by the way) a black lady was apparently attempting to withdraw money from her account, but had lost her ID. The video shows her being abusive to the bank employees, raising her voice and using loads of profanity. The OP is trying to make the case that the bank refused to serve her because of her color.
