I’m going to miss him when he goes. There’s something a little poignant, in a pathetic kind of way, about someone who has no facts, no understanding, and a pitiful inability to employ logic even if he had any facts, who nevertheless wishes to pontificate to the world about selected subjects on which the world is apparently misinformed. The best part is his own self-congratulations, like the grand conclusion of the ethics thread “Well I think I’ve done a good job tearing down most ‘secular ethical’ arguments you regularly hear”. I bet he does.
machinaforce is different. His schtick is to post completely asinine questions, and then insult responders for not answering them to his satisfaction.
Do none of the respondents see the join date? Sadly, they probably have.
Looking at the replies, it seems that many have noticed the join date. They either noted it or their advice is definitely on the snarky side, e.g. next time marry an ugly woman. (Of course, with jtur88 that remark could be completely serious.)
If the troll had come in as the woman in this scenario, I’m guessing we’d see a lot more action on the thread. So to speak.
