So far as I know, Scott Adams doesn’t read or post here, so this probably doesn’t fit in the thread, but I found his blog post yesterday … interesting. “Can humans and computers mate and have babies?”
His answer is apparently yes. I was skimming but it involves sexbots collecting sperm and, uh, analyzing(?) it somehow and then combining it with their own, uh, digital DNA (I guess) and creating a hybrid digital being that remains in a computer for some stretch of time, learning, before it gets uploaded into a robot and … I dunno. I didn’t make it to the end of the post.
It just struck me that I would definitely have found a link to it in this thread if it had been posted here. And the poster’s name would be familiar.
