It seems strange to me for you to agree with “You can’t do that!” at the same time as you agree that “Anyone can do that”
That isn’t my definition and I don’t know where you got that it was.
I you think that yelling fire in a theater is some kind of act that’s worthwhile because you CAN, you’re below the mindset of a 8 year old. Even below the mindset of the pest of president you have, and that counts for something.
It seems strange to me that you can’t tell the difference between an implied “you can’t do that, legally” and an implied “Anyone can do that physically” yet you can jump to some other inane conclusion about my definition of “acting like a grown up human” is “agreeing with every single thing you say”
So implications that make sense in the context of the conversation throw you off, but wild leaps in logic are ok?
I don’t think that is some sort of act that’s worthwhile. Can you point out a post of mine that shows that I do?
LOL, of course I can do that legally. I am willing to bet you that I can shout “Fire!” in a crowded theater without suffering any legal consequences.
How much do you want to bet?
How about shouting: “I’ve got a bomb! And I’m gonna use it! Allahu akbar!” at the airport? Because you CAN? Good luck with that…
How about all the posts where you want to bet on it?
Well guess what? I can’t speed legally either, but I’m pretty sure I’m going to be driving faster than limit when I leave work tonight and I won’t get in trouble for it. How much you wanna bet?
Betting on something doesn’t make it worthwhile. Just makes it something that can make me money.
I bet you won’t get in trouble either. Of course, I’ve never said “You can’t speed!”
“Skyscraper” is out right now. He’s going to yell “fire” at the appropriate moment and play gotcha. No one wants your idiotic bet. Do something that matches the original intent of the saying - yelling “gun” at a police station, or “bomb” at the airport - and someone might take you a little more seriously.
(I just want to mention that I’m out of popcorn. Carry on.)
Jail time for shouting fire in a theatre:

USSC Oliver Wendell Holmes: “The most stringent protection of free speech would not protect a man in falsely shouting fire in a theatre and causing a panic. […] The question in every case is whether the words used are used in such circumstances and are of such a nature as to create a clear and present danger that they will bring about the substantive evils that Congress has a right to prevent.” https://www.law.cornell.edu/supremecourt/text/249/47
Our own little psycho-killer fanboy is being his typical disingenuous and obtuse self, as a good baby troll should be.
Some people aren’t worth engaging with.
Well when your time is worthless and you’re just trying to get through your day, worthless engagement can burn a few minutes.
My time, increasingly, is not. Must explain why I spend less time here.
Do you think you can get away with using a recording device in the theater while you watch skyscraper?
This guy is allergic to being told that you can’t be allergic to water.
He is really stuck on the idea that if it’s in the paper it’s true.
Also apparently been spamming reddit.
I opened this thread to mention this guy… man, he’s either doing 4D Performance Art, or he’s dense.
I loved one redditor’s comment:
He’s really fixated on the “Girl Allergic To Water”. The threads he’s started are topics like:**
Why can’t I find any cases of anaphylaxis after drinking H2O in medical literature?
Can H2O molecules cause an allergic response by binding to the receptors on immune system cells?
If mast cells degranulated in response to H2O, how long would a person live?**
But that was after he asked an equally compelling and scientifically-sound question:
Can objects cease to exist and then instantaneously re-materialize?
And just to cleanse our palates, his first thread: **Would it be possible for a stereotypical nerd to strangle someone with his legs/thighs?
**
