As a child in Texas, feeding the chickens was my first actual chore. It resulted in an abiding and adamant hatred. My grandfather would come out to the coop to choose a guest of honor for Sunday dinner, and ask if any of them had given me any trouble. I would choose the worst of the lot for “helicopter neck”. The sight of that devil spawn running wildly headless in circles was my first experience of a child’s innocent joy of malice.

Perhaps not, but, to take a page from a discussion I’m in the middle of about the philosophy of computation, they appear to be “computationally equivalent”. The former believes that all public schools should be militarized due to being hotbeds of soft undisciplined hippie liberalism, while the latter believes that “immigrants breed like rabbits” and are predators on the welfare state with a “so-called” culture which mainly consists of crime, as distinct from “indigenous British people” presumably easily recognized by their whiteness. New posters like these frequently arrive bearing dog whistles, but this one has a bullhorn with a swastika on it.
They do have a point, though. What glorious countries ours would be if we had Marine drill sergeants kicking our toddlers’ little asses from the age of six to teach them proper military toughness instead of growing up to be like the liberal Obama-voting namby-pamby teachers they have today, while any and all brown people are frog-marched all the way to Guatemala, at least, where they belong. That’s from the US. I think the Malaclypse is British, so the brown people over there could just be frog-marched into the sea.
