Years ago we had the record holder. I personally banned over 100 names. Maybe more.
He’s not remotely in the running. We’ve had some (sometimes mentally ill) that have tried to come back hundreds of times (not even counting spammers).

Reading what that guy wrote I get a vivid mental picture of him hunched over his keyboard furiously typing, pausing every so often to read and marvel at his incisive wit and unanswerable logic. He smiles broadly as he imagines the impact of his words, with Dopers gnashing their teeth and gnawing their knuckles in sheer rage and frustration at being unable to compete with the power of his intellect. He snickers and falls to his typing again. This will show those idiots!
