While not actual trolling, the behavior of SamuelA in his thread about school vouchers is annoying as hell. Numerous people have explained the issue to him, but he has not budged an inch (well, maybe 3mm) or engaged in meaningful dialogue.

This thread by a new user is depressingly familiar. “Oh dear, I have gotten myself into this really bad stupid situation and I can’t get out, what can I do?” Early days yet, but I predict a string of “No, I can’t do that” and “that won’t work” replies.
