How would it work trying to hold liquid under your tongue? Doesn’t seem too manageable. Any sublingual medication I’ve ever seen has been in pill form of some sort.
I searched on Amazon and there are plenty of sublingual liquid melatonin brands. I think it’s just a few drops at a time.
