Eh, in another place I’ve been in arguments with people who are absolute convinced that taxation is theft and that we should return to Pre-1913 levels of taxation and regulation. I find them to have a staggeringly ignorant understanding of what life was like in that period and what kinds of thing modern life and technology are predicated on, but being pig-ignorant Libertarians, the ideology overrides facts.
What does that have to do with Ingoforce? He seems to have a lot of silly ideas about technology and society, as if tree dwelling semi-sentience is his highest ideal for mankind.
So when you look at this threads, just think of him as a Homo Erectus suddenly thrown into our era, overwhelmed and not able to comprehend our ways while arguing that his way of life was best.
I’m pretty sure he’s just a kid. I’ve asked before how old he is, and he won’t answer. He thinks like a kid, in the sense that he reads something he agrees with, decides it makes sense without any real critique of the idea, and then uses someone else’s words to start a discussion in which he immediately begs the question.
Wow. That could pretty much sum me up from between 15 and 25 or so. Stay outta my head, lady!
But seriously, I’ve tried participating in the guy’s threads a few times (as I know you have, as well), and I get pretty much the same feeling as when I tried arguing with Chen019 in that Holocaust-denial thread that will not die. A pointless exercise in futility…
Normally it would be 100%, but this sounds about right if dude robert is among them. If the total cumulative attendance at a monster movie is 100,000, and dude robert is one of them, then exactly 99.999% of the attendees will know it’s fiction.
